A professional dancer turned personal trainer, Izy lives and breathes the health benefits of weight training for women.

As a dancer, she became acutely aware of the struggles women face with body image and the pressure to look a certain way – and has since made it her personal mission to educate women on the importance of strength training.

Whether you’re looking to be challenged or simply build more confidence, Izy brings energy and motivation during every second of your workout – empowering you to be stronger mentally and physically.

NIK

Nik’s enthusiasm for exercise and fitness started at an early age. He played rugby (prop forward) for 10 years, before properly getting into fitness at University.

He then worked his way up the career ladder in sports marketing, before deciding to jump ship and swap the corporate 9-5 daily grind for personal training.

From CrossFit coach to Under Armour ambassador, Nik knows how to have fun while taking no prisoners.

CONNOR

Connor’s first foray into sport was a game of football in which he scored an own goal. After being shouted at by his entire team, he vowed never again to play sport and trained as a professional dancer instead.

But, when Chorus Line didn’t give him the attention he craved, he turned to group exercise. With a background in presenting and performing, Connor brings boundless energy to his savage, but fun, classes.

Growing up idolising professional footballers and NBA basketball stars it was only natural that Jay chose gymnastics as his sport of choice.

Raised with the ethos of ‘you choose not to be average, so don’t believe that you are’, he joined the illustrious fighting force of the Royal Marines Commandos where his passion for exercise flourished.

With 10 years of service under his belt, and thousands of PT clients – from celebrities to his very own mum – Jay brings an infectious positive energy to help you destroy limitations. Expect to be pushed.

With 13 years of fitness industry expertise, Louis knows a lot about hard work and commitment. A former karate-player-turned-dancer, Louis has a genuine passion for sport and fitness.

He says he dreamed of taking after his dad – who was a Karate Freestyle world champion – but he got kicked so hard he decided to swap his belt and gloves for dancing shoes and the gym.

Which membership is best for me?

Our annual membership is for you if you’re committed to your fitness journey. You not only save with the membership, but get a number of perks including our branded resistance and booty bands RRP £40, discounts on in-person events and exclusive early access to special releases & merch drops.

If you’re not in the UK and worried about missing out on events; we recommend going for the annual membership anyway because bands are included which makes it better value for money since you’ll need them for certain classes. Try it for the first month, and we can always switch your account to another membership.

How fit do I need to be?

Our workouts are tailored for absolutely all levels. We offer both progressions and regressions.  the best part is; you can stop and start the workout whenever you need to suit your pace.

What equipment do I need?

We have classes on the app featuring either bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, barbells or treadmills. You can enjoy the GRNDHOUSE experience with no equipment at all, but for a more varied selection of classes we recommend a pair of dumbbells you feel comfortable lifting. For the ultimate GRNDHOUSE experience, also having access to a barbell and a treadmill will allow you to do all of our classes on the app.

How quickly can I see results?

Generally, our clients start to see results if they commit to three  to four workouts a week over four weeks. However, for best results, consistency is key. Hear more about results from our community here.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your GRNDHOUSE membership is completely non-committal and you can cancel any time you want before your next renewal date. Head to your account settings to cancel.

Which membership is best for me?

Our annual membership is for you if you’re committed to your fitness journey. You not only save with the membership, but get a number of perks including our branded resistance and booty bands RRP £40, discounts on in-person events and exclusive early access to special releases & merch drops.

If you’re not in the UK and worried about missing out on events; we recommend going for the annual membership anyway because bands are included which makes it better value for money since you’ll need them for certain classes. Try it for the first month, and we can always switch your account to another membership.

How fit do I need to be?

Our workouts are tailored for absolutely all levels. We offer both progressions and regressions.  the best part is; you can stop and start the workout whenever you need to suit your pace.

What equipment do I need?

We have classes on the app featuring either bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, barbells or treadmills. You can enjoy the GRNDHOUSE experience with no equipment at all, but for a more varied selection of classes we recommend a pair of dumbbells you feel comfortable lifting. For the ultimate GRNDHOUSE experience, also having access to a barbell and a treadmill will allow you to do all of our classes on the app.

How quickly can I see results?

Generally, our clients start to see results if they commit to three  to four workouts a week over four weeks. However, for best results, consistency is key. Hear more about results from our community here.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your GRNDHOUSE membership is completely non-committal and you can cancel any time you want before your next renewal date. Head to your account settings to cancel.
